say you put in a NT$5 coin, but only talk for short while, and there
is still NT$4 left on the meter. Well, all you have to do is deposit
NT$1, the meter now says NT$5, now hang up the phone. Your NT$5 coin
is returned to you. If there is instead NT$3 left on the meter, then
deposit NT$2, etc. However, many phones can only hold a total of four
coins, so this method might not work in the cases where you need to
deposit NT$4...
