  1. taipowergrid: Perl program to convert Taiwan Power Company coordinates to and from TM x,y coordinates. See also xylonlat. After obtaining longitude/latitude, one can make links like: http://maps.google.com.tw/maps?q=24.18170,120.86604+(G8150+HD6519)

  2. Not maintaining anymore: taipower_grids.tgz: C program source for converting between TM and TaiPower map grid; also then even to longitude/latitude, using awk and proj, or to Taiwan cadastral coordinates... Tested on GNU/Linux. Some precomputed items: TaiPower Grids for each kilometer of Taiwan, Penghu and Jinmen.
