From Fengyuan take a bus (90 (free), 206, 207, 208) to Dongshi FyBus station. Now in Dongshi, there are usually about five taxis waiting in front of the Dongshi FyBus station (and about one at the Dongshi UBus station). Note you had better be a Qingfu St. driving directions expert! Don't expect the driver to understand them. Presumably one would be making many calls along the way to my 04-25854780 for directions until cell coverage runs out whereupon you are on your own. Expect to pay NT$300 to 400.
